Nestled in the hills between Brentwood and Brentwood Glen, this home is surrounded by mature trees and sweeping views. The design introduces a unique blend of elegance and utility, featuring a hillside “farm” for growing herbs and vegetables, and a formal outdoor living room designed for both intimate gatherings and larger events.

With the addition of a two-bedroom ADU, the property naturally divides into two distinct zones: one for entertaining and one for productive gardening. Between the main house and the ADU, we created a multifunctional outdoor hub that includes a chef’s kitchen and bar, a covered and an open-air dining area, a fireplace lounge, a spa deck with panoramic views, and a small lawn for the family dog.

Tucked behind the ADU, the private zone features a serene “zen deck” for yoga and meditation beneath a mature oak tree, and a charming “she shed” for gardening tools. The hillside farm is still taking shape—photos coming soon!
