Oaks of Calabasas Private Residence

Building off the idea of the traditional Spanish courtyard, Segal Shuart updated the front yard of this home with a Mediterranean plant palette, new LED lighting, and custom iron gates. A new decomposed granite sitting area offers a new focal point and a quiet spot to relax, pots with citrus and succulents warm the hardscape, and a central fountain was converted into a lush planter.
