Calabasas Highlands Private Residence

Previously dominated by kid-centric spaces, this landscape was ready to grow up with the family. A formal pedestrian entry was created in the front yard to create a more graceful experience leading up to the house, and the backyard was completely overhauled to add a fire pit lounge area, shaded pergola with fireplace and television, an outdoor grill area with bar, dining area, and a citrus grove. Using slight changes in elevation and materials, we created distinct zones while establishing a cohesive look and feel.
