Villa Raintree
A 70-unit senior housing property located in El Monte, Villa Raintree recently underwent a complete building overhaul, as well as an extensive re-design of the ample exterior spaces around the property. Non-descript open space was transformed into a series of gardens and sitting areas, giving residents opportunities for relaxation, exercise, and socialization. As part of the improvements, a significant amount of irrigated lawn area was replaced with drought tolerant planting.
