We are proud to celebrate the grand opening of a new 98-unit affordable housing community on the site of a former City maintenance yard in Marina del Rey. The development provides much-needed housing for both seniors and families, featuring welcoming outdoor spaces, shade trees, a playground, and areas for gathering and relaxation.
Initiated in 2018, the project evolved through a thoughtful design process shaped by community feedback. The result is a prime example of how developers, city leaders, and neighbors can work together to create housing that strengthens the community.
We are proud to have partnered with TSA for over a decade on impactful projects like this. Their deep understanding of the importance of landscape architecture has been invaluable, and we truly value the strong working relationship we’ve built together.
